Sub Contractor Services
RECONSTRUCTION:
Medium to large commercial and residential property damage losses. Once you have started the initial demo, dry out, pack out, or other emergency services, we are the only call your project manager or estimator needs to make. We provide you with an upfront Xactimate scope for reconstruction (ESX), or we work off of yours if you already have an agreed scope with the carrier.
We analyze the project via on-site inspections, photos, videos, and computer estimating. We gather individual trade labor numbers, and price LKQ materials. We take into account the project location, weather, and property accessibility. We then provide you with a proposal to complete the entire project and any documentation you need to finalize all insurance claim requirements.
We work with you and the property owner to order and deliver all approved materials for the project. We can purchase and provide materials, or you can purchase and have us install only.
Our management team utilizes our crews of skilled, experienced, and qualified tradesmen to complete each unique project within the agreed scope and proposed cost.
DEMO: We typically complete any remaining demolition after emergency services are complete. We also provide stand-alone demo and debris removal services for larger projects utilizing our own labor, drivers, and dump trailers.
